i dont want to join a guild just to buy or trade or sell items . cant we have a community trader where the fees are higher to sell and buy items , than if you used a guild trader. i understand people are going to join guilds , but not all of us want too. i guess ill have to find one if i ever want to get some of the higher gear. but should i have to?

Its called zone chat, but consoles don't have that. Yes it costs less to sell in zone chat, it just takes more effort.
Join some guilds, most of them will leave you alone as long as you are nice and don't clean out the bank. Some will be all up in your game, for good or bad. Decide on which ones you like and drop the rest. You can drop a guild easier than joining one.
Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

Consoles do, however, have crowds that gather in the highest-level zone of their faction, namely Rawl'kha, Riften, and whatever DC has. Not always the most pleasant bunch, but it does mean interactive market lol
The faction's capital (or at least Elden Root) also has a market crowd. Time of day will depict the populus of said crowd but they are there, even if not always.Guildmaster of Power With Numbers in PS4 NA Server's Aldmeri Dominion.
