Make scroll drop when holder enter water/ END to taking keeps without siege

ok we were PvPing to return scroll after players of DC glitched the way in this beta game into a keep(took over it without siege) and the scroll holder(after most of his group lose pk) went deep into the sea and died to the fish (ofcourse the scroll floats at the top of the water) which is a joke.
suggestion is make such events impossible
players taking over keeps without sieging? you sure we no longer are in beta? if thats a feature then remove the siege from the siege seller, or better yet, make the siege seller sells only the new motif since taking over a keeps is a matter of couple guys glitching their way inside the keep without siege.
also scroll to drop once holder start swimming- cant believe this is not fixed yet.. i thought we are in open beta not closed alpha...
