I was looking for solvents level 40 (filtered water). The last zone of Tamriel offers up to lev 30 (cleansed water). I was told that you can find loads of filtered water in Cold Harbor, but I travelled its waters and could not find any springs... Please don't tell me I have to scavenge water skins.... Where else can I find filtered water?

✭✭✭✭✭Now, you can find them in Zone 5*. Best place is a Dwemer Ruin as they tend to have lots of containers that have water in them. Of course you can find them in Water Nodes in Zone 5 now too. I never found much in Coldharbor, unless I was on level to find it.
*For a while Filtered Water was the hardest to find off level as there were only a few nodes that spawned it. Now Filtered Water is something you can drown in.Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.
