Why is my update progress stuck on 6% and my install progress stuck on 51%?

I just bought ESO for Xbox One, I already have it for PC, and my progress for installing and updating seems to be stuck. I am familiar with the PC updates, but not the Xbox One.

I have tried leaving the game on the Updating Start Menu where the game says Updating... for 2 hours, but it's stuck on 6%. Is this the proper screen where the update is supposed to install or is it supposed to be installing via the Dashboard?

Because the game seems to be stuck on 6% on this menu, and when I disconnect my controller it states that my controller has been disconnected, it leads me to believe that there might be something weird that has happened while the game was installing.

It has been on 6% for nearly 2 hours and the game says Ready to Play in the dashboard, but the install progress says 52%.

If someone can reassure me that this is all normal than I'll just wait, patiently, for the game to finish installing. If not, what happened and how can I fix it?

    Everyone had that problem when the game updated for Imperial City, unfortunately you've just got to wait it out.

    Mol gro Durga - Orsimer Socerer/Battlemage who died the first time when the Nibenay Valley chapterhouse of the Order Draconis was destroyed, then went back to Cold Harbor to rescue his second/partner who was still captive. He overestimated his resistance to the hopelessness of Oblivion, about to give up, and looked up to see the golden glow of atherius surrounding a beautiful young woman who extended her hand to him and said "I can help you". He carried Fianna Kingsley out of Cold Harbor on his shoulder. He carried Alvard Stower under one arm. He also irritated the Prophet who had intended the portal for only Mol and Lyris.

    Order Draconis - well c'mon there has to be some explanation for all those dragon tattoos.
    House of Dibella - If you have ever seen or read "Memoirs of a Geisha" that's just the beginning...
    Nibenay Valley Chapterhouse - Where now stands only desolate ground and a dolmen there once was a thriving community supporting one of the major chapterhouses of the Order Draconis
