PC EU needs a balance across all factions!

atm when i check the veteran campaigns:
1)Azura's star: they only campaign i have fun in. we win, we lose. i enjoy it alot, or to be specific- the only campaign i trully enjoy.
2)Ebony blade: dead campaign, make it your home or guest campaign and you see all the keeps yellow (belonging to AD)
3)Spell breaker: EP's IC PvE campaign, cyrodiil dominated by DC's elite players who comes for easy kills vs EP's PvErs
4)True flame: dead campaign, dominated by DC
5)Haderus: dead campaign, make it your home or guest campaign and you see all the keeps yellow (belonging to AD)
6)Axe of belhazra: dead campaign, make it your home or guest campaign and you see all the keeps blue (belonging to DC)
7)Chillrend: dead campaign, make it your home or guest campaign and you see all the keeps blue (belonging to DC)
8)black water blade: newbies get killed by 400+ CP's players 10-20 times and quit the game, played there 20 mins over my lifetime playing eso.. not planning to make them 21.
out of 8 campaigns that players supposed to have fun in.. 6 campaigns are near to no use beside housing the "extra" players as they are waiting their turn on Azura star's queue.. and so far nothing to be done beside consistent ignorance

There has always been buff campaigns. They said they wanted to get rid of them by removing cyrodiil buffs for the pve world.. But yeah. We can see how well that worked out with the IC instead.
