Ranking weapons, bug?

I'm ranking up resto staff atm and I'm closely following my progression. 1 Cyroquest adds about 5k points when I turn it in (4 skills slotted). But another quest of the same type sometimes adds double of that amount. And the most weird thing, but not unpleseant - when I finish this bunch of quests and load into IC, suddnely my progression jumps 2 ranks up. And I did nothing but loading screen in the meantime. Strange huh?

✭✭✭You should try experiencing the issue I sometimes have with Skill Lines leveling. Sometimes my experience meter resets or goes back a level or something and I basically gain experience for it in vain.
