Soul shriven skin

So it's been 2 months into the Imperial City DLC now. Maybe more. I've seen 2 people drop the skin from Molag bal. But as the skin itself states clearly "from Molag bal and hes elite daedric forces" the question incoming is apparent... Has anyone dropped or seen someone ever drop it from an elite boss in the mid room or an elite patrol (they are the same bosses)???

Not me. I've killed over 100 Horror Bosses (those who patrol, and around a dozen of those above) and yet nothing. Not to mention Molag's Simulacrum, that I've looted also around 15 times, only gotten teeth.

Would be great if ZOS increased the drop rate once Orsinium is out.

Nope. Killed him and his minions quite a few times and I haven't even seen the scamp, let alone the skin, drop for anyone.

I spent several days at the begging sitting in the middle killing the coldharbour elites and Molag ba when zergs came. I killed Molag bal and his generals over 100 times, I only got the Stonefire Scamp before I gave up.

I give up already. I killed molag about 300~ times with no skin drop.
Now I hate sewers so much and waiting for increase drop chance

I got the skin from bal but no scamp yet. Haven't kept track of how many times I've killed em but the smaller the grp the better the loot from my exp.

I got the skin after 2nd or 3rd Molag Baal kill and I don't care about the skin at all. Yet stuff I really want never drops. RNGesus works in mysterious ways.

I've seen two scamps. And lots of more scamps running around. Those are not so rare.

I eventualy got the skin 2 days ago, after aproximately 200+ molly kills. No info yet on whether it drops from elite bosses though. Still never seen or heard anyone getting it from the mid bosses or the patrols.

You look like Cadwell with it on. Ashy-skin with blue pale eyes. And very define facial bone structure. The mind-shriven skin is just like you got hit by lightning, like the horse.

Killed tons of walking bosses in sewers and nothing; after saw that description states something like that it drop in middle, i.e. bosses from middle of sewers where portals are locating only . Anyway got my skin after killed Bal with 3 men.
