Eric Wrobel stated in the last ESO Live that Battle Leveling will soon no longer be a set cookie cut build everyone must abide by. Everyone will be Battle Leveled to VR16 and their stats will be boosted according to their gear, build, etc. Among the things the Battle Leveling takes into account is Stat Allocation. For example if you are Level 13 and have evenly dumped all Stat Points into Health and Stamina then Battle Leveling will make it as if you did that all the way to VR16 aka a 50/50 allocation. So here is my question:
What will Battle Leveling do if you have not spent any of your Stat Points when you go to a Battle-Leveled zone? Will it treat your stats as if you didn't spend the points or will it just allocate them all evenly? Honestly though seeing as you cannot allocate all of the stat points you have at VR16 evenly among all 3 stats I am thinking it will treat it as if you didn't spend any at all but I just seek clarification on this.
