Orsinium DLC - how to get there?

Hi,
Just read that the Orsinium DLC is now open for public beta with formal release on 11/2 for PC?
I am on PC with active ESO and using character from Aldmeri Dominion. Currently in Greenshade
right now and just doing quests.
How do I get into the public beta? Went to Vulkel Guard but no ambassador approached me. Also
I do not see Orsinium in the Fast Travel network.
Is the public beta closed? So have to wait for the official release?

✭To take part in the beta test you have to install the test server client (which means downloading the complete game again). You can install the client from the ESO launcher.0 -
