Missing Lore book
I just went into Cyrodill to find "Consecrations of Arkay" I picked up and read the book and it didn't show up in my collection. Gave me the lore book discovered screen, but, then it didn't count for completing the collection. I'm trying to get my Mages Guild skill line up before i start Cadwell's silver.
