Any serious solution for lag issues before i quit this game for good?

Please don't waste my time with "clisse " answers and links cause i have done them ALL!!! I have also ticket "my" problem but i got your "clisse" links too
My launcher and .exe files are fine my TCP / UDP ports are all open I have reset my router bla bla bla......
My vga gc for both my pc s are more than enough 1st: sli x 3 titan x, 2nd: 970 gtx. Never had fps issues and i have even try PVP with med settings just to see if the re was a problem there. I usually play High not even ultra....
I play 3 online games in Euro servers with 40-60 ping and ESO pve! with min 100! Thats why i guess is not my problem but yours!
I recently upgraded my connection to VDCL 50 and my ping to the other 3 games went down approx 30% but ESO pve is still 100!!!
ESO PVP its the shortest joke for me! No am not talking about unbalanced skills races and classes
Am talking about ping! How could i possibly compete others when they playing with 30-100 and i go 200-300 I wont mention spikes 1k-2k in zerg runs
PS: Weekends in pve i go 130+ and PVP.......FORGET IT! I bet Mega servers are that MEGA in weekends!
