Former EP player with a vet16, switched to DC. He decided to get on his EP and help Ilandry16 (DC) dragon leap and take scroll from his own keep, then killed Ilandry16 and picked up scroll (DC scroll at Farragut keep) then ran it all the way back to Chalman then ran off into DC area and gave Ilandry16 the scroll...
Well known players playing like bull****...

SMASHIN HEROESSoul ShrivenToday 10/25/2015 SlipperySlacks logged into his ep character and took the scroll from kings crest and gave it to rustyaccordian GARBAGE AS$ players have to cheat to win the point of pvp is to siege the keep to take the scroll not walk it out of the keep and take it to your new faction total waist of money on this game ESO says its fair play well myself and many others are going to request a full refund for this game and all the crown points we have purchased to be fully refunded this kind of action should not and will not be tolerated ESO you have made a huge mistake by not caring in this kind of issue pvp is a huge part of this game, And that is the sole reason i have purchased this game is for pvp and now it is being exploited and ESO says its ok Your supposed to walk the scroll out and give it to your new faction log out hold hands and walk it in together no need to have gear weapons enchantments its not needed any more you dont have to fight just walk it out.

Yep.
PC players have been dealing with this issue for quite a long time. Nothing has ever been done about it. In fact, ZOS devs have commented in the past that this is considered to be an aspect of PVP play. Not one they planned for, but a meta the players themselves developed and was allowed. Like animation cancelling.
