Criticize my build; Magicka Templar, Altmer, dps

Ok guys! There is a lot of builds online that i could copy but i made a character that suits my play style and i would like to improve it.
I feel there is something missing especially in stressful situations i feel my dmg dealing role can be more efficient. All i expect from you is to criticize it and tell me all the bad things i should change.
About my character:
Name: Klobucar
Race: Altmer
Class: Templar
Group role: Damage dealing (avg: 4k on single target but much less in longer boss fights when it drops around 2,5 or 3k; on multiple targets it can rise up to 10k)
Level: VR7
This is my current setup of active skills and all my passives, i have unlocked many more and still have free, unassigned 20 skill points so i can customize both bars depending on situation, ultimate skills are also changing in different situations.
