Improvement - not possible on equipped items

Is it it's purpose that you cannot use Improvement on equipped items? Standing around naked is pretty cold.

You can improve things that are in the Bank though, something I wish I had know a long time ago. Not that you were asking, but someone might be wondering about that.Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.
