Guild Bank issue Since the last patch

Since Patch 1.08 on PS4 I've been experiencing some strange behavior in the Guild Bank.
I'm the primary Re-stacker in 3 of the Guild that I belong to, consequently I visit the Guild Bank upwards of 10 times every day.
The strangeness is thus:
After having withdrawn items from the Guild Bank which need restacking and entered my pack inventory to use the new Restack Tool (which is awesome), when I go back to the Guild Bank and scroll all of the way down the Withdraw side then switch to the Deopsit sied of things the menu is blank save for Deposit Gold.
