Really Need Help. Constant Crashing leading to reboot

Please ZOS, is there no way we can fix this. As the title states my computer system consistently crashes, at times random, and at other times with a certain method. Let me describe the problem and my specs.
Specs:
Core i7 5930K
ATI R9 390
16 gb ram with XMP on at 3ghz
PSU 1200 W
Game installed on intel 750 NVME ssd
I've updated my bios, I've done a clean re-installation of my video card drivers. I have even tried the beta drivers from the ATI website. One thing I have noticed, is that everytime I have done a major change whether video card drivers or bios change, the game would seem to run fine with no crashes initially. But, as soon as that first crash occurs (which hard locks my computer and reboots it, with a following "Windows was shutdown improperly"), then all other crashes that follow start to occur more frequently. As in: 1st crash happens after lets say the 3rd session (each session being at least 2-3 hours lets say of playing the game), then the next crash would literally occur during each session thereafter. KEY NOTE: I've noticed that most crashes occur upon exiting the game, whether I exit from in game, or from the game log in screen after exiting the character screen. With the above described details, this leads me to believe that is a memory leak occurring with the game which builds up and causes my comptuer to crash.
By the way, my system does not crash with any other game I've played whether Witcher 3, GTA V, Diablo 3 ROS, etc.
I really want to continue playing this game as I enjoy it, but with the consistent crashing, I'm honestly debating canceling my subscription and moving on to other games. A shame too because I do have friends who are interested in ESO but the current poor optimization of game code I'm not sure if I can recommend them to play this game currently.
ZOS, if there is any help that you could provide to solve this problem, I'd appreciate it (although I've already tried various different methods). I'm hoping there will be improvement in game code on the horizon for this game.
P.S. Let me also add, that yes I've made sure to exit any antivirus or antimalaware programs before starting the game. I even make sure to close out the launcher before the game starts.
