guild tabards tied to achievements (suggestion)

Hi all, I was just thinking about this a few days ago. How awesome would it be to tie guild tabards to some sort of guild experience pool.
Wear the tabard during certain group content, like a trial for example. The higher your team scores, the more exp your guild and you tabard gets.
With each rank your guild lvls up new passives will become available, up to three passives can be active at a time. The tabard will need a certain amount of exp to get the benefits, so guildmembers will have to run content with the guild to actually get the benefits. No OP buffs or anything, just some benefits that will be gained by wearing the tabard. I haven't given the passives any thought yet to be honest. Yeah this is a half finished idea, but imo a feature like this would add value to a guild tabard and motivate guilds even more to do stuff together.
