But if I try to go through Steam they just sell DLC's and crown CRATES not crown PACKS. I want to buy another character slot not gamble on a crate thingy.0 -

well @Jemcrystal you necro'd a topic that isn't just a few months old, but a few years old.
Today you can buy crowns on the steam page for ESO. You can also buy ESO+ on the very same page! Which is currently on sale by 58% so that's quite a catch!
If you're ingame and you click the "buy crowns" button in the crown store. The steam overlay should pop up and direct you directly to the ESO steam page even.
edit: and I don't know what you've been smoking, but steam does not sell crown crates.. they sell crowns. named crown packs.Edited by Purrmaid on March 1, 2017 9:38AM0 -

If I bought the game through ZOS website can I still use a steam gift card to buy crown packs from steam, and activate them through ZOS website to claim those crowns?Crown Crates are a trap.
