Break Free / CC Bugs

I don't know if it's a console issue only, but me and like 10 other group members are all experiencing the same issue. When Mass Hysteria is cast on us with another CC like Immobilize, we cannot break free, no matter what, even if our Stamina is 100% and then we end up dying to it because we have to literally sit in the CC until it naturally ends.

RatedChaotic✭✭✭✭I put this game up there with destiny when it released. So many bugs/exploits its mind blowing. Is why alot of people are leaving on console.

I'm having the exact same issue at the moment on PC (NA). Not sure how often I'm about to smash my keyboard through the desk while hacking onto the movement keys, and breaking free still doesn't work!
A pita especially in certain PvE zones where every second NPC constantly uses skills like that (and that's basically all they can do, apparently)! Even when breaking free was "still a thing", I could spit on my monitor everytime they cast their cr*p! Sorry for raging, but this is one of the few things in the entire game I hate do death! And without being able to break free, I hate it even more!

✭✭✭Funny thing is people forget just how broken TESV: Skyrim was on consoles, especially Xbox. Compared to that, this game is heavenly!
