Soo when traveling in tamriel you can not, not see alot of and i do mean alot of difrent couples that are composed of Argonian and Dark elf (in fact you help those 2) Elf and human, dark elf and nord, Elf and wood elf and so on. So i did wondered i guess that dark elf and argonian wont have a child becouse they are totaly difrent species (prehaps that is for the better) But what about just mer and man? I mean those species seams to be close and not that diferent? What comes out of those coupels? Can they have kids? If they can what race are those or is there a hidden race of hybrids?

Bretons are a hybrid race of mer and men so yes, mer + man is fertile.

Lore wise the child is always the race of the mother but every race can technically have children with every other race. (I think?)

It took many many many many many....ahem...MANY tries to finally mix elf and human to create Bretons.

Enslaving a race and forcing them to do the lewd in an attempt to create another hybrid race doesn't fly anymore so...yeah Bretons are the only hybrids.

Also well....I don't think Dark Elves find Argonians that appealing to spend decades or even longer trying to make some strange beast race elf hybrid.

In AD there is a small quest that involves a khajiit and either a Mer or human, can't remember. They don't have kids though.

Not entirely true, some people do have kids but whenever you see them they're already adults :-)

Pretty much what those that have posted is how it seems to work. Men and Mer are genetically compatible (including orcs) and the two beast races are not compatible. Of course, there have been reports of unions between the beast races and men and mer... but that just may be rumor. A person who met a Tojay or an Ohmes might think that the Khajiit was a hybrid form when in-fact, they are a full-blooded Khajiit furstock.

That being said. I think it would be a good idea for ZOS to EMBRACE the idea of hybrid races and allow players to create hybridized characters. I outline my ideas here:

Same, I've never really understood some of the gripes some have about ESO's lore - especially the whole "argonians/nords/dunmer would never work together, neither would orcs and bretons/redguards" thing. I mean, of course, historically (and even after ESO's time) those races are bitter enemies - but that's kind of the point, throughout ESO's storylines, every other quest is about keeping the fragile alliances from collapsing due to their bad history. It's not all dandelions and roses like some critics seem to think it is - if it were, then that would be something to hold against ESO's lore portrayal.
