BUG??: Player is "being resurrected"

potentially already posted, ....this is happening more and more often to me or my group members in various dungeons/trials/DSA...Player 1 dies, player 2 goes to rez them but is unable to, as it reads "player is being resurrected"..only fix is a full log out. Any ideas on what's causing this? or is it a bug that needs to be addressed.

This happened to me the other day in The Banished Cells vet dungeon on the last boss Rilis and then when everyone died I logged out and back in and my voice chat would not work.

I've had this happen to me several times.
Normally, what would trigger this (from my experience) is someone goes to rez, and they get Knocked down or knocked back by a CC, then the dead player just could not be rezzed at that point until that player re-logged. I've had this glitch happen on a couple vCOH runs against Nereineth whenever he thru his skull at the person rezzing and it caused more wipes for me than I care to mention because it would usually be the healer that would die and be unrezzable.

I believe I submitted several tickets about the issue, but don't recall any response or fix. It hadn't happened in a while though so I just presumed it got taken care of. Apparently not.
