Update Trials and DSA - Console Missed Out

This is some of the most important feedback I think I can give. As a console player from June launch, who has put in hundreds of hours into this game, I never got a chance to play through the trials or DSA. Which from what I have heard are some of the best/most fun content in the game.
Now that the rank is up to 16 and the gear is said to not scale up to that level, no one wants to run this content. It's like it didn't ever exist on console. Basically the game launched with 2/3 end game trials, everyone tried to rank up to end game and right about the time everyone got there, the ranks were increased even more but the actual end game content wasn't. The Imperial City DLC was supposed to add to the game, but in fact it made 3 of the biggest/best activities obsolete which made the game even smaller.
Please, update these activities to be worthwhile and relevant again, so this pug can find a group to actually play them.
