Who is still unable to see channeled abilities/staff streams? Ever since the update I haven't been able to see channeled abilities since the IC update. The biggest problem I have with it is with soul assault. Without the animation it has become harder to tell when it is finished/canceled. Its not the biggest problem ESO has but can be quite annoying.
