And?Nice poll you have there. You know it's a fair poll when the guy who makes it states his personal opinion in the question.
People with insane CP don't get a "Free pass" on the new XP system, they're actually getting screwed and if you look at the math you'd realize that.

They are getting screwed that a cap is in place. BUT with how the new system is working, they are actually ahead of the curve given the curve doesn't shift again .....
Gains start costing more than 400k after around 330 or so....

Simply deleting someone's earned CP and capping it instead of just capping it is going to tick people off, plain and simple.

They are getting a free pass if the exp cap per cp is 440k as you stated in another post. Right now on the PTS Im at rank 300 , which requires 358,840 XP to progress to the next one. This is a slight improvement from the old system if you are below X rank.

From Champion Rank 300:
To reach Champ Rank 501 under the current system you will need 80,400,000 XP
To reach Champ Rank 501 in Patch 2.2 you will need 73,052,220 XP
So that's 7 million less XP in the upcoming system

My poll is more valid than the amount of spelling errors you have.MisterBigglesworth wrote: »tordr86b16_ESO wrote: »And?Nice poll you have there. Beyond the cap is irrelevent (to me at least) because it does not directly impact player power and pvp balance. Some day they will raise the cap again and that will necessitate them changing the formula/scaling once again. So let's cross that bridge when we come to it.

With my current understanding of the formula, and knowing ZOS tendency to screw things up, they probably will resume with their current formula once the cap is being raised. People who are lower will still be way behind from people who got away with the old system.
