Lately I have been seeing a lot of people talking trash on the forums who won't say who they are
Zos make all players have there Main Toons name on their post. Will probably clean up the forums when people's in game reputations are on the line. In most cases lol.

People will be trolls anyway, I really don't think they care what name was used, unless someone is making legitimate threats and is purposely trying to be anonymous.
Also, some of us linked our ESO accounts to our PS4 accounts (or whatever platform) and happen to have a different name in the forums. *points at self* "Exhibit A". I created an ESO account for beta on Mac/PC before the game came out and then linked it to my PS4 when I got the game so it kept my username as you see in the forums and I didn't feel like making a new account (with a different email) to match my PS4 gamertag.

✭✭✭✭Ths reminds me of the days where Dshotz had an EP alt named "Warz Mommy". After wiping Warz and his group he would log on his alt and torment him in zone chat haha.
There was also a time where we had a 3 hour chalman fight with EP defenders constantly dropping troll camps the whole time . When the AD finally started to quit and go to bed he said screw it and him and several other players all jumped on their alts and made it to Chalman and ended up leeching a ~28K D tick from them.

I just finished leveling an AD to contribute to balancing. Even with the experience buffs still was brutal. They really should allow faction changes. Make it expensive but do it.

What about folks (like me) who don't have "a main"?
What about folks who play console - and their character name is NOT displayed ingame - the account name is the only "real" name that's potentially recognizable.
