Ok, so hardened ward doesn't proc frag for me. Yet, for two sorcs in my guild it does.
Am I getting shafted, or have they got a really lucky bug?

✭✭✭✭Hardened ward doesn't, ward ally doesn't, if I use a resto staff heal it doesn't, purge doesn't.

✭you have to have CF on the active Qbar to proc it...spelling and grammar errors are free to be abused
