What the heck are Aspect Runestones and what do I do with them?

I am new to ESO and have collected several of these but damned if I can find out what they are - or what I do with them!??!

They are one of the Three Runes you need to make a Glyph for enchanting something with extra power or whatever. Aspects determine the over power of a Glyph at a given level. Essences are the effect you get, Potency's are the level of the effect (has to match the item you are applying it to)

Basically, there are 3 types of Runes (Potency, Essence and Aspect), you will need one of each to craft a Glyph that you can then apply to Armor, Weapons or Jewelry (depending on what you made). Here's a little bit about each type of Rune:

-Potency Runes (glowing blue) will determine what level of Armor/Weapon/Jewelry you can apply the Glyph to. These are zone-based (level-based), so for example, you won't find a Derado (VR3-5) Potency Rune in a level 10 area.

-Essence Runes (glowing green) will determine what the Glyph will do (Health, Stamina, Flame, etc). Not zone-based, you can find any of them anywhere.

-Aspect Runes (glowing orange) will determine the "power" of the Glyph. White (Ta) is base level, Green (Jejota) is Fine, Blue (Denata) is Artifact, Purple (Rekuta) is Epic and Yellow (Kuta) is Legendary. Not zone-based, you can find these anywhere, although Rekuta and Kuta are harder to find.

There are enchanting tables in each of the larger cities. Look at the city map and mouse over the icons and it will show you what is at that location. Look for an enchanting station.

There are usually Enchanting tables in the various Mages' Guilds.

All you need to do is go to any Enchanting table. Enchanting stations can be found in any Major city and you can identify them with this icon:

I suggest getting Certified in Enchanting, during that quest you'll learn the basics of how it works. You can also get Certified in all the other crafts. To do that, you need to speak with the corresponding NPC.

Talk to Millenith at the Fighters Guild or Danel Telleno at the Mages Guild in:
a)Vulkhel Guard (Auridon),
b)Daggerfall (Glenumbra)
c)Davon's Watch (Stonefalls)
