it says my account doesn't have multiplayer access and i need to renew my gold but i have gold i can't get off the title screen help!

The game used to work just fine.
But after the Imperial City patch the game is just unplayable. Well ... that is IF you can get in.
I have not been able to play since patch, pretty much over month ago, due to Error Code 303. It will not allow you into a server. Zenimax has never acknowledged or offered time table to fix it.
Basically it looks as if they are being silent on purpose to cover up for it and sell more copies to further unsuspecting customers. Very dirty!Queen Ayrenn build that wall around Summerset.
