XINPUT1_3.dll missing when playing on PTS but can play regular game with no problem
Something is wrong with PTS when it cannot find DirectX components when the regular game has no problems of any kind with DirectX.
What can I do to convince PTS that I do have DirectX installed and XDiag.exe reports everything is fine running version 12 on Windows 10.

This fix is to install the DirectX Runtime June 2010 SDK... This is a optional package of DirectX files, one of which happens to be the one you need...
After downloading the full package, double click on it. This will prompt the package to self-extract...
Be sure to take note of where it is saved...
Then open the folder and double click DXSETUP, and you should be good to go...
