I dunno if it's just a console thing but I can never seem to create my own guild when I'm in 4/5 guilds? it says "You can't join another guild without leaving one first."

Is this a bug or do I have to be in at least 3/5 guilds?

    A friend of mine tried this too, he said it wouldn't let him, must be something bugging out then again the guild system in PS4 has been $#!T since the IC patch. Try tomorrow, the patch may fix it.

    Are you already the guildmaster of one of those 4 guilds? If so, you can't create another unless you either pass GM to someone else in that guild, or leave the guild. The only other reason I can think of why you might not be able to start another guild is if you're too low-level, but I see from your sig that you've got a VR16 character, so that can't be the issue.
