No way of customizing the ui or keybinds?

I've been playing WoW for so many years and I'm used to that type of ui. But I'm thinking of coming here due to burn out from WoW. Is there any way to change up the ui or keybinds in ESO?

TESO needs a wardrobe system badly. Something similar to WoW's tmog system would make this game one of the best mmorpg out there!
