Imperial City Districts need a PVE combat indication
So like the title says, I see so many people complaining about how hard it is to find fights in Imperial City and thought a delayed indicator of PVE combat like those used in open world Cyrodiil AvA could change that.
I wouldn't want an immediate symbol to prevent easily planned ambushes but a 3--5 minute delay could allow you to guess on possible paths. I don't think this is needed for the sewers due to the linear nature and imagine it as a feature only for the districts.
I also think player concentration should limit how specific the indication is. Running 1-2 fighting mobs would leave no marker. Groups of 3-10 would cause a district to be heated and groups >10 could have a PVE heat covering roughly a a quarter of the district.
Obviously there are several flaws in this idea beyond just the difficulty of implementation but I thought I would put it out there and see what others thought.
