Unable to enter home campaign

I que'ed up for my home campaign earlier (Azura's) and was 20 in position. By the time que counted down, the server had just reset/crashed, I know because my guild was telling me as they were already in. It's been over an hour, I've re-logged 3x, disabled all add-ons, restarted my computer once and I am only offered the option to "enter campaign" and am greeted with a message that tells me I'm already que'ed for that server. I can't leave the que, no count down for que position shows and I'm able to enter my guest campaign.
Something is wrong with the home server settings.
Update:
Problem persisting for 3 days now. Multiple bugs (for time indication of event occurrence) and a help ticket submitted, I've tried re-setting my home server (to my guest campaign) which just deleted my home server, waited for time out and re-homed on Azura's and I'm still experiencing the same bug.
It's not a problem with my game files, add-ons, connection or hardware as I can enter Azura's on my alternate toons.
It's a server side issue specific to my character that needs to be addressed by ZOS/GM.
