Question about guild traders.

This might be a little confusing. I will use an example to make it clear what I mean: If I play on AD toon and visit a guild trader lets say in Riften (silver veteran area), does the trader belong to the same guild as he belongs if I visit him on EP toon in non vet area?

✭✭✭✭✭Yes, that's how (almost all) traders work.
There are a few that are bugged and may belong to more than one guild, but those are in areas where the whole map changes depending on your quest progression. Those traders effectively exist twice.
