Wearing Hoods Creates Bad Hair Shadows

I'm not sure whether Zenimax knows about this, but when you wear a hood, you get certain shadows from your hair styles and it's real bad. You also lose your adornment, which is even more perplexing! I would like @ZOS_GinaBruno or someone to recognise this bug and fix it. Below is a trio of images showing the bug followed by a third which should be the way it looks, to some effect. It's 2015, but some of the stuff in this game is over 5 years old.

I gather it was easier in the beginning to just make all hair and adornments disappear rather than customize them for every possibility.
I would think there would be some way to adjust it at this point, tho.

This stuff plagued every RPG and MMO I have played. When I played Skyrim, someone had a mod that allowed you to have your hair through the hood. Granted, it was a real rough mod, but I think Zenimax and any other company could easily make it happen and I am doubtful at this point they even care because it seems that no on else does.1 -

Yeah. The after image shows the shadow caused from my hair style and adornment before the hood is on. When the hood goes on, the shadow remains and the hair style is thrown into the ether.0 -

✭I really don't know much about 3D character design, but maybe it has something to do with preventing visual glitches with the alpha texture layering. Probably a bad guess.
Would be a great question for the art department to answer on ZOS Live.PS4 Pro NA1 -

Were you wanting a reason for the visuals being dated, or were you just wanting someone to stroke your ego and tell you your design is a great idea?

Hey man where did you get that hood with the mouth cover? and is it light or medium armor?
And yea as amazing as the game is if the fixed simple *** like this it would make this game a cut above the rest, but they dont seem to care about little things these days.0 -
