Where is the regular mmo functions?!

Why isnt there an name change option, appearance change, faction change, gender change, race change in crown store?! This annoys me so much. Its so easy for ZOS to make it happen and yet it hasnt? Theres literally no downside, and ZOS can only gain from those functions.

If someone can add an pull of how many people want this we might be able to get some attention when they see how many wants this.

that was said now for over a year. they said same thing back then as they saying right now, and still is not happen.

Faction change would be the single worst thing ever for pvp, there would be people swapping back and forth on purpose to troll other alliances. (Like the DC player that took a scroll all the way to ep keep because he was a ep spy)

that was said now for over a year. they said same thing back then as they saying right now, and still is not happen.

Yeah a year ago, basically when the content freeze happened so they could finish consoles.

It's time to rally up and make them move their lazy asses.

As much as I would love to change race since I am stuck with a *** Nord which along with Argonian gets absolutely zero love, all of the things you mention aren't "regular MMO features". A lot of MMOs offer none or only some of these functions and the MMOs that do offer all of these functions had them developed over time, and certainly not over the first or second year. Sure you could probably dish up with a couple of stellar examples that have launched with these functions or released them in a short amount of time, but with these examples some other part of said games could be dismantled and proclaimed as suffering because the focus was aimed at making said features available.

All in all what I am saying is that you need to have patience and not act entitled. They said they're working on it. If it's not going fast enough for you go play another game in the meantime or stop playing this game alltogether. Making QQ posts on forums certainly won't help anything.

I think you might not understand the time frame for new development. One year is not a long time for something that must be designed and then developed alongside a lot of other content that may have higher priority.

Have you worked on an MMO? With the amount of code etc that it takes to implement even the simplest thing that can break ten other things? In addition to developing new content and endless fixes and patches? No?

Oh wow, so you're a programmer and you're intimately familiar with the game's code? You know exactly what areas of the code would need to be touched, and exactly what other areas that would have a downstream impact on? You know exactly what testing cycles would be required to make sure it all works properly? You've thought out all of the implications of how a faction change should treat completed quests in relation to the whole Cadwell's Silver and Gold zones, and figured out exactly how to balance it all without making it either easily exploitable for extra skill points & XP, or a severe XP detriment? Since that's literally the only way you could possibly know if that this is "so easy" all of that must be true! I mean, otherwise you'd just be talking out of your ass...

Yeah, it's ironic that when most posters call devs lazy, they are essentially being lazy. When/whether to do those features is a choice, not a case of anyone being lazy.

If it's that easy, why don't you send them the code? Make sure it's been tested against the rest of the game's content first. I'd hate for you to come back after the changes are introduced to complain that they broke something.
