PS Plus-ESO issues

I am but one of MANY who aren't getting the 1500 crouns promised, and of course have submitted a ticket or two.
I know the frustration we feel is compounded by lack of response.
But I'd like to throw out a theory:
I NEVER can get past page one or two into Sony/PS. I think our little $1500 problem, just isn't important enough for them. That site is always stuck. I try to redeem coups, buy things, and can never advance...and I'm doing it through my pc or iPhone. Important may not be the right word, but whatever resources are needed, people, servers, idk, is just lacking.
We're just one little game in their big monopoly.
Unfortunately, I LOVE my ps4.....so I guess I'm stuck.

    I assume your thread title should say ESO Plus. You don't get Crowns for PS Plus.

    Sorry, this one dropped off my radar. Have you managed to get your crowns yet? If not, the current official ZOS response to this problem is here: https://help.elderscrollsonline.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/29765/
    After purchasing an ESO Plus membership on console, you should be aware that there can be a delay of 24-48 hours in the included crowns being applied to your account.

    If you have waited longer than 48 hours since purchasing ESO Plus on console, and have not received the crowns included with the membership, you should contact our Customer Support team at the following link: https://help.elderscrollsonline.com/app/ask.
    When you contact Support, it is a good idea to provide proof that Sony have received your payment for ESO Plus, as that is the first thing ZOS are likely to ask for; before you do that, ZOS may try to fob you off to Sony, claiming that the issue is with them. If possible, you should also try to provide a screenshot of your Character Screen showing the "ESO Plus Member" active effect. If that is missing, it is likely that ESO Plus has not been applied to your account at all, and that will need to be addressed first.

    Thanks for taking the time to check on me:)
    I have submitted twice with no answer.....kinda stopped expecting. That way I can enjoy the game and not be angry:))
    I sorta think that their inbox is over full with wayyyy more urgent stuff than my crowns, and as much as I'd LOVE to spend them on cool stuff, I'm loving the game no matter what:))
