Monthly crowns not appearing

I have recently had my ESO plus renewed and my crowns have not been received. What do I do?

I didn't get mine this month either and took it up with MS helpline. I spoke with "Cove" who explained that because the money wasn't taken from my account the Crowns were not installed. This was their mistake and Cove said it would be rectified within an hour. That was last Friday and this is now Tuesday and still no crowns. I just know I am not going to get them ever!

Probably not, sad to say... There are those who havent received their monthly crowns for 4 mths now!!!
