Repeatedly cannot interact on hover with items/doors/looting corpses.

I have had this problem for quite a while now, perhaps more than a month, where I will randomly not receive an interaction option on hover with items such as campfires, entering doors, looting corpses.
Reloading the UI, and reloading the UI with addons removed does not fix this. Only logging in and out will fix this, or the stranger solution: I spam different mouse buttons and spell keybindings until the interaction dialogue appears on hover.
This problem has repeatedly threatened to ruin dungeon runs and timed quests for me. In fact, it HAS ruined some of these things for me, because my group has to wait for me to fix the issue, and if they decide not to wait, I will miss out. I will sometimes have multiple corpses be un-lootable unless I spam keybindings, in a row. Why does this happen to me? What is the fix? My addons have changed a lot over time, and this does not seem to be an addon issue because reloading the UI with my addons disabled does not fix the hover problem. It is intensely frustrating.
Add to this problem how horrendously long load-screens (around 1-2 minutes long) are, even on my amazing high-end PC, I just about want to rip my hair out when I'm rushing to relog to fix this. Please send help.

SilentRaven1972✭✭✭✭Have you tried using weapon swap? I get the bug where I can't interact with stuff, but someone said swapping weapons corrects it. I tried and it worked."Such is the nature of evil.
