Voice Chat Issues

For the last couple of days I have been having issues with my voice chat. Everything will be fine for about 5-10 minutes and then all of a sudden it gets very laggy/unclear where I can not make out anything that anyone is saying. It will continue to go like this for a couple of minutes and then go back to normal. I thought it might be my headset so I bought a new one and that didn't fix the problem. If I unplug my headset, the problem still continues through the speakers on my TV. The game sounds are fine during all of this so I'm assuming it has something to do with voice chat only. Has anyone had this problem or does anyone know how to fix it?

I'm having the same issues however i know that is only happens at 8 pm till about 12 am. Maybe internet traffic? Its very frustrating

Yes this problem is common and only started since the last patch. Chat audio will crackle and cut out, then go back to normal a few minutes later. It's definitely caused by a game problem and not your connection.

any news on this? kinda annoying to be in pvp and not be able to communicate

Unfortunately, no. I sent in an email to customer service but haven't heard anything back yet.

I'm having something similar happen, but in my situation I can hear everything fine but I can't be understood/heard at all.

This has not started with the last patch it has only become more prevalent.
I saw it first two patches ago.
