Xivkyn Medium Chest

Is it just me or does anyone else notice how the Xivkyn Chest armor, which is a sort of armored overcoat with tails, the coat tails hug your characters legs while moving which looks really really goofy... Even though there's a little flap on the coat that mags in the wind the coat tails hug your legs... Why ZOS? I know it's pretty minor but as I'm using the Xivkyn armor I would love it if it moved properly. Included are screen shots of the armor in action:
