Mist Form Patch, when?

Does anybody know if the Mist Form bug is going to be patched at all? has it even been acknowledged that it's broken? I don't really know where to find future patch notes...

It's completely broken to the point where Mist Form will only reduce damage dealt to you by about 20% rather than 75% like the tooltip states.

Mist Form needs a re-VAMP (see what I did there?) before I go back to Vampire status. They really need to fix it so you don't get CC'd while misting.

I cant check ingame right now, but I think you might very well be right that its bugged. They better fix it soon, I use that ability a lot.

Yeah it is definitely bugged for sure, there's even a few videos proving so but I can't link you to them off the top of my mind :P

Can confirm, but maybe it's because damage is reduced by 50% all ready so mist form only adds 25%.

Yes, I'd say it feels about 25% indeed...

I would have gave it a 1, but I quite like the speed boost when I'm not being attacked, of course.

@ZOS_GinaBruno and @ZOS_BrianWheeler Is there any acknowledgment of how broken Mist Form currently is, and maybe it'll get fixed in a future patch, or was it nerfed and the tooltip hasn't been updated yet?

It isn't reducing our damage by 75%, more like 20%...

It's the speed and none targetable I used it for. I've ditched vamp and probably not going back due to Camo Hunter killing me for 4k damage. I'm pretty sure I have around 26k health?

1000 - 50% =500 - 75% - 125. that's the math

Would good players be able to use Mist for line of sight in IC?

Yes, but that gives no more advantage than Shadow Cloak or any other player using a speed boost.

Plus I've seen enough vampire characters one shot since 1.7 launched to know there are definite risks.

Indeed, it's just not fair because it was a DK's and Templars best option for mobility...

I still use it to try and move, but since I can't move in it anymore, I've resorted to dropping Magicka and Health just to dodge roll a little more often. It confuses me like crazy though, there was no mention of the changes on the patch notes so if it's a bug, why hasn't it even been acknowledged? hmmmmm...

I'm also considering dropping Vampirism and I really don't want to.

Oh please, that skill was rendered useless.
Especially if your build is built around vampirism for some regen etc.

I don't use vamp/mistform, and even I feel that this has been nerfed way too hard. I used to love tracking someone in mistform without the targeting, now it just feels useless - even if the mitigation were working properly, imho it's the targeting that has really hit hard.

for the first time in more than a year i'm considering curing myself, mistform is useless, i get cc'ed and rooted while in mist and even in invisi bats i get targeted by crystal shard and even encase, single target spell, vamp skill line is broken atm, sad thing is you have to slot one of those broken skill to have access to 2 cool passive -_-

I cured Vamprism the other day. I no longer care, it's taking to long for ZOS to even acknowledgment it, never mind hope for a future fix.

I think, 20% actually is more than enough in addition to being immunce to CC. 75% should have never been its value in the first place. 30% max, but not 75% This is too much

Yes you are immune to CC. Seems like there is a bug where you can still be CCed ? I've never seen this though, like never.
If you mean, you are rootable. Yes, this is intended and the counter to Mistform.
