ONE character has loading trouble, out of 7.

Since IC, and continuing until today my main VR15 character is a real hassle to load. All my other characters load fine (although kind of slow, from 30-60s) but my main character will take over 2-3 minutes to load and the symbol in the bottom right corner will pause for a few seconds at a time before finally loading... if I'm lucky. Sometimes it just freezes completely and I have to kill the client from task manager and restart. My other characters all load without fail, but this one VR15 character gives me problems.

I've run virus scans with both avast and mbam
I've updated my graphics card drivers
I've run a repair on the game client
I've disabled mods that I run on other characters (which load fine) and still found that the character (not running mods) loads slower and may not load at all
I've DELETED all my mods and tried running complete on your awful default UI (seriously, running without awesome guild store, and advanced filters should be considered criminal), still hung up and froze loading that character.
I've tried loading in less populated zones, more populated zones, the same zone as my other characters who aren't having these problems are loading into fine.

If it's on my end, why is it only this one character?

So I wrote support in my initial email I stated that I ran a repair install, deleted mods, and updated graphics drivers.

Know what the useless agent responded with?

Update drivers
Run a repair
Delete mods and overlay programs (which I never used any overlays in the first place)

God I hate outsourced support to India so much.

I had one character that took much longer than normal to load, in fact I think for about a week I could not even load her unless I attempted 3 or 4 times. I tried the different less populated zones (which did help). It eventually just went away. Although I do remember parking her for a while too (not just because of the load times, it was just time to work on other characters), so I don't know if that had anything to do with it.

The only other character specific things that could be causing an issue are inventory and or quests that are still not resolved. Try dumping your inventory off into the bank or onto a mule. And, then abandon any old quests you may have that are not completed. Although I did not do the inventory thing on mine, and she did not have any quests qued up so, so I doubt that was the cause of the issue. It's just something to try.

In addition to Nestor's suggestions, I would also try logging in and out inside a small house or building. I do this with my main because he resides in Rawl. It loads much faster when I log out in a house.

Now see, that actually sounds like things that caused the problems, individual items on that character, uncompleted quests. I'll try getting rid of the quests first

Well the spinny thing still froze a few times after dumping my craglorn quests, I also deposited all the trophy items from public dungeons, still no luck. dropping off everything but my alchemy reagents next (no room in the bank to fit all those unfortunately, we need a materials tab like GW2, or we need to streamline crafting mats rather than making more of them)

I think it might be an enchanting rune stack I have. Since I deposited all of those ALL my characters have had loading hitches, and when I withdrew on a mule, characters loaded better but the mule loaded slower and had hitches. An aspect rune in particular, trying to narrow it down.

Welp I can't figure it out that one character still crashed on me, and he has an empty questlog and nothing in his inventory.

ZOS's support has been useless as well, giving nothing but canned responses. I answered their survey that the only thing they could do to improve their customer service is to fire the joker who answered my email and hire an actual support tech.
