GPU clock speed not being fully utilised?
I have enough vram to run the game on high but no matter what settings i use the gpu will not allow to game to use over 50% of the clock speed.
GT 720 clocks at 980 mhz but the game will not request more than 50% for usage.
does anyone know how to fix this or is the a known problem?

omegatay_ESO✭✭✭✭Thats because the game is CPU bound. If you check your cpu utilization you will see it maxed, or in multicore only one core being fully utilized. Eso is horribly optimized, MAYBE the next dlc expansion will help things a bit, but don't count on it.0 -
I have a CPU machine lol:P built it for minecraft mods so i have an eight core overclocked 4.0ghz i7. never needed graphic so didn't buy a better card. never had my pc max out even a single core but it appears to be running on multi cores. never need a core spike without the rest doing the same. made sure i didn't have parked cores. thanks for the help! we shall see what happens. this game it beautiful but its ridiculous. so much for zos say "we want three year old laptop to be able to run this game." optimize your damn game!0
