Appears to be a goodly amount of ability to reconfigure bindings so those of us who have third party setups already ingrained should be pleased.

Anyone out on PTS can confirm/comment/shed light on more of the gamepad functionality?

When will Console get the Mouse and Keyboard deal?

I'm on Xbox one but play PTS some this week.

I'm using my Xbox one controller on PTS and there is a level of customization just as keyboard mouse offers but I've not changed anything because the default is just like console.

The first part of that video is the keyboard mouse UI and not the controller UI but it's where you'd make changes (customized)

To be honest tho there are more templates offered on PC than console and I believe most will use one of three default game pad setups. Because you have keyboard play+game pad simultaneous support you can mix and match but as is think of playing on console.

It's exactly the same as far as controlling your character.

*Consoles will not get keyboard/mouse support because (Xbox one) doesn't support all devices and I've not seen ZOS speak of such a focus
