slow loading screens

so how to fix the insane loading screen time?
i have been experiencing since the IC dlc drop? the loading screen time is x4-5 longer since the dlc drop. i stopped doing daily gold and feeding horse because i spend 20mins traveling to deshaan/dungeon and back deshaan/craglorn/cyrodiil.. some days i never go outside cyrodiil because of that. anyone found a "fix" for that?
