Wrecking Blow range..

Yea it sais 7 meteres, but its really like 10-12 meters, getting wbed from far away...sick of it. Please devs, have a look at the contact-check.

Its a polearm more or less, it is slow and it should have some range to it. I'm not sure where you get 10 to 12 meters from. I don't use two hander much anymore, but lets not overstate facts here.

In all fairness to the OP, guys do tend to exaggerate when it comes to measurements.

Maybe so, but 10-12 meters is something like 33-40 feet. I've never seen anyone strike from that far away relatively speaking with a greatsword in ESO unless they were using Stampede.

Just happned to me, nearly killed me too, tought I was at a safe distance since I just dodged his first wb, I moved backwards and stood on the other side of the road in cyro (quite wide) and it still landed on me.

What you're seeing is network latency. I get killed by it all the time too (and hit people with WB who should be out of range as well).

The key is you have to start swinging while they are *in* range and there is of course limits to how far a player can be and still be hit.

It's true of any melee ability in the game, wrecking blow just has a larger range than the majority (or all) of them at 7 meters.

I get hit by stampede, wrecking blow and jabs when they're not there,

To be good with a *** connection you need to be a second quicker. E,g move before the person has activated an attack,

WB is way to strong as it is now. Need to remove you from stealth and/or be bashable. 12-15k WB from a cloaked NB is absurd.
