textures in my face at new content

am i the only one that gets wierd textures IN MY FACE (/ screen ;P) sometimes when im doing new content like v15 / v16 scaled veteran group dungeons (especially the small caves between rooms in vet fungal, omg those have tons) or imperial city?
those wierd textures are blurry and are usually textures of the walls / lightening effects that are on multiple layers in the room, means i can look at stuff between texture layers...... the only way i could make them disappear is either relog, which cant exactly happen when i (for example) get ganked by another player in the sewers when these decide to come.....
