Discovered crashing and restarting of Computer with consistent method

As the title states I have discovered a consistent way of crashing and restarting my computer with ESO. The method is as follows:
1) When exiting the game, if I exit from a location other than a city in which the log out screen requires me to wait for 10 secs. If I choose to log out to the character screen (NOT the QUIT the game option mind you) and then I exit the game by clicking the "Back" option until I exit the game fully then I have no issues.
But
2) If I exit the game from a location requiring me to wait for 10 secs, and in this case rather than log out to character screen first, but instead quit the game entirely choosing the "quit the game" option, then yes it will lock my game up upon exiting and then restart my comptuer.
My hardware:
intel i7 5930K
ati r9 390
16 gb ram
I receive the BSOD error code upon restart: 119
