Two hours I've been waiting now, and the only 'help' I've received is a suggestion from support to check email using a private browsing window in case add ons are interfering with me getting an access code email to get into the game.
The problem is not my end. For some reason the email from ZOS is not sending.
Logged a support ticket (151006-000963) and a request call back (151006-001121). Funnily enough in order to access my support profile I needed to enter an access code there too, that one came through fine.
I've tried private browsing, I've tried adding your email to safe senders and yes, of course I'm checking my junk folder. The simple truth is your security access code for me to login to the game is simply not being sent! Please manually send me a code, call me back as requested or switch this pain in the ass feature off until it's been fixed.
